July was pretty steady. Inventory remains low keeping prices high. Check it out [July '23, single fam residences, Marion & Hamilton counties]:

📈 Median Sales Price - $309,486, 1.5% increase from June

📍[1] Downtown Carmel - Downtown Carmel strikes again! Tonight it will unveil a $2 million light projection performance - Palladiscope - on the facade of tthe Palladium at the Center of Performing Arts. The show will last about 12 minute and will play every half-hour each night beginning at dusk and continue through 11am. The show will shift to a holiday show on November 15th. Fun fun!
📍[2] Northside Indy - Muncie-based First Merchants Corp is planning a new regional headquarters saying it will invest ~$18 mil to acquire former Duke Realty building at Keystone at the Crossing.
📍[3] Downtown Indy - TWG Development has been selected to redevelop Old City Hall and its parking lot at 222 N Alabama to include a 32-story, mixed-use tower with boutique hotel and adjacent art museum.
