Whip out those white jeans for one last weekend of fun - LDW and the unofficial end to summer is around the corner. We hope your summer has been full of fun as that is what summer is for of course.
While the return of routine and crisper mornings and evenings is close, we still have a little summer left to enjoy. Have a great weekend and safe travels if you are spending the weekend out of town!
📍 Community Updates 📍
📍[1] Glendale - Thomas English Commercial Real Estate- an Indianapolis developer- is tearing down an aging office building near Glendale town center to make a mixed-use project consisting of retail, restaurant, and office space. The $11 million project is hoping to complete around mid- to late-2026.
📍[2] Castleton - Italian restaurant chain, Buca di Beppo, has filed for bankruptcy and closed its location at 6045 E 86th Street. The downtown and Greenwood locations will remain open.
📍[3] Whitestown - Travel center, Wally's, is breaking ground on a massive $30 million store and gas station in Whitestown. Wally's follows in the footsteps of Buc-ee's which people are OBSESSED over. I'm not quite sure of the hype with these, but maybe it is just something you must experience for yourself!
📍[4] Westfield - Bub's Burgers and Ice Cream plans to open a 3,900-square-foot restaurant across from Grand Junction Plaza. This will be near a high-end steakhouse, H Restaurant, and the new 8,700 square foot Sunk King taproom and food hall. Downtown Westfield making moooves!
