happy solstice!

Our Dear Friends & Family,

Happy holidays to each and every one of you. We hope these holidays find you happy & healthy with loved ones near. At the holidays, it's hard to not look around and be thankful for all of your blessings. We are so blessed for the support of each & every one of you. Whether it's allowing us to represent you in home transactions, referring us to friends and family, or simply reading this email, we couldn't do what we do without you.

And boy do we love what we do! The importance of a home is never more profound than at the holidays. It's where families gather, friends catch-up, and traditions are born. It's hard to not be romantic about a home at Christmas.

Thank you from the three of us at Keller & Corbett. We wish you a very Merry Christmas, a Happy Hanukkah, and happy everything else! Enjoy a shorter newsletter this month & we'll see you next year!

All our love,

Kate, Alyssa, & Clare

hosting?

Stay organized with this printable hosting guide from K&C!

preparing your home for the winter storm

❄️ Clear gutters and cut back any limbs that could fall on your home

❄️ Protect your pipes! If temperatures are extremely low, open sink cabinets to be exposed to the warmer air. Turn faucets onto a cold “drip” can prevent pipe freezing as well.

❄️ Cover outdoor faucets & grill *Reminder to never cover a heat pump which needs access to air.*

❄️ Plan an alternative method of heating. Make sure your generator is in working order and/or your firewood is dry & ready to burn.

❄️ Check smoke and CO detectors
