Welcome back ☀️ sunshine ☀️, oh how we have missed you! SuperBowl Sunday is considered the ‘unofficial start of the Spring market'. We have seen inventory remaining low in the markets most of our buyers & sellers occupy, however demand remains strong. We are getting closer to finding a balance, but the limited inventory is still making multiple offer situations a reality.

📍[1] Downtown - Keystone Group announced that it will break ground on its Eleven Park mixed-use development in May. The $1 billion downtown project is slated to contain an open-air 20,000-seat soccer stadium along the White River, a 4,000-seat entertainment venue, at least five 10- to 20-story buildings for apartments, and a hotel & office space. 📍[2] Downtown - The owners of The Oakmont restaurant and bar plan to open a new Italian restaurant, Vicino, in the former spot of Hedge Row hopefully by mid-April. The restaurant is to source its pasta from Nicole Taylor's so we are SOLD.
📍[3] Downtown - Lovers of historical Indianapolis buildings rejoice! The City is planning to buy Drake apartment from Children's Museum who was going to demo the sh*t out of it- sorry I mean raze.
📍[4] Downtown - City-County Council has approved the $18.8M Gold Building & City Market redevelopment. The redevelopment which includes converting the Gold Building into apartments, upgrading the parking garage and office space at 251 E Ohio Street, & demolishing the east wing of the City Market to build a new 11-story building with residential, office, & retail space.
