February ‘24 Newsletter
February Recap
Happy Leap Day!! A day so great, we can only handle it every four years! There seems to be some hope in the air as we crawl out of winter. February, per usual, seemed to fly on by. It is staying light outside later and we are getting more warmer days. Hope is in the air!
As the temps get hotter, so does the housing market! We are seeing the crazy multiple offer situations from 2021 / 2022 coming back. People who paused moving in 2023 are realizing elevated rates are here for a bit & deciding to take the plunge. Low inventory makes for a competitive buyer market. Now more than ever, it is imperative to have agents in tap with the local market conditions, strapped with tools to make your offer succeed.
Don't you fret, we've got you!
Today, on this extra day, we encourage you to enjoy your day a little more. It's a bonus day after all. Take a long lunch, call your funniest friend, skip the gym if you're not feeling it, make a fun cocktail tonight! Who knows where you'll be when you get another Leap Day!!!

📍[1] Broad Ripple - A local Montessori school - Peanut's Montessori - has acquired the former Purdue Polytechnic High School at 4548 N College Avenue. What is Montessori education? FAB question, answers here.
📍[2] Fishers - Kilwins ice cream to open at The Yard at Fishers District. Does this mean there will be a ‘Fishers Mud’?
📍[3] Downtown - Cunningham Restaurant Group is opening a Delivery Kitchen on the first floor of the historic Gibson Co. Building. Powered by the same platform as ClusterTruck, customers can pick up orders, dine in with their orders, or request delivery. The menu will feature: Livery, Modita, Union 50, Mesh, Bru Burger Bar, Tavern at the Point, Stone Creek Dining Company, Cafe 251, and Theo's Italian. As 2 year-old Jack-Jack Keller would say, “Yum Yum!”.
📍[4] Keystone - Women's jewelry retailer, Gorjana (cute jewlery at a good price point in our opinion), is slated to open a storefront in June at Keystone at the Crossing.

This restaurant attached to Market District is kind of slept on! It is a small door to Market District & does not feel like a grocery restaurant. They have a good bar area (+ half-priced wine Wednesdays!).
We just did carry-out, but the outdoor patio looks great for warmer weather. The pizza crust was delicious. The pomodoro was a too garlicky, but potential was there.
A great location & good vibes, worth checking out- especially in warmer months.
