Happy Leap Day!! A day so great, we can only handle it every four years! There seems to be some hope in the air as we crawl out of winter. February, per usual, seemed to fly on by. It is staying light outside later and we are getting more warmer days. Hope is in the air!

As the temps get hotter, so does the housing market! We are seeing the crazy multiple offer situations from 2021 / 2022 coming back. People who paused moving in 2023 are realizing elevated rates are here for a bit & deciding to take the plunge. Low inventory makes for a competitive buyer market.
