March ‘22 Newsletter
Hello Spring!
As we are now officially in Spring, we are elated to start enjoying some nicer & longer days. Real Estate is known for popping off in the Spring and boy are we seeing it boom! Buyer competition is at an all-time high even as rates slowly climb. We don't see this market slowing down anytime soon, so reach out if you want in on the action! If you are planning on wanting to make a move in the next year to 18 months, we recommend reaching out sooner than later. It is taking buyers longer to get in their perfect home on average & the earlier you begin your search, the better.
We hope this letter finds you all happy & healthy. Thank you for your continued support and we wish you the best in April!

March Madness Guide
Saturday, the Final Four takes NOLA. It's no Indy, but we'll give them a chance. Also, who is in charge of making these game times.. 6:09?! Here is some random background on the games:
Villanova vs. Kansas (6:09pm)
– Villanova's second leading scorer & best perimeter defender are both hurt & out.
– Villanova's Collin Gillespie, guard, is considered their best player. That is, according to my Google search ‘Who is Villanova’s best player?'. He is currently partnered with and advertising for Maruchan ramen noodles. Do with that information what you will.
– Kansas' coach is apparently a big-shot. His son Tyler played for him at Kansas from 2012-2017. That fact doesn't help you much now, but thought it was cute.
UNC vs. Duke (8:49pm)
– Okay, even we know this rivalry. Their first bball match-up dates all the way back to January 24, 1920. Source: Wikipedia.
– Eric Church cancelled his Texas concert to root for the Tar Heels in NOLA.
– Duke's Coach K is in his 42nd & last year coaching while NC's Hubert is in his first season coaching. Take a sip every time the announcers mention that.
Caesars Sportsbook
– Kansas 4.5-point favorites, over-under 133 points
– Duke 4 -p0int favorites, over-under 151 points
We just hope both teams have fun.
