📌 [1] Bripp - The legendary Bripp firehouse at 6330 N. Guilford will be vacated as they are moving to a new firehouse on College. City officials plan on getting public input on potential reuses for the 100-year old firehouse. I vote a Firehouse Subs!
📌 [2] Bripp - local developer, Avenue Development, plans to construct a four-story office building in the middle of the 6500 block of Cornell Avenue, west of the Monon. The first floor is planned to be a restaurant tenant. The restaurant will be a new concept from the parent company of Ambrosia, Fountain Square's Commodore, and Bocca in Fall Creek Place. Yum yum.
📌 [3] Northside - Speedway-based KennMar, privately-held real estate firm, has acquired the Pyramids at College Park. TBD on plans, but the intent is revitalization of the absolutely ICONIC pyramids.
