June Recap

Like all of you, summer gets crazy over here at K&C. We've got listings, we've got buyers, we've got BBQs to attend. As many of you know, the market is doing interesting things in the wake of higher interest rates. We are definitely seeing a slow down of the crazy, multiple offer situations & the return of more of the norm.

Curious what this means for your future home plans? Reach out & we would be more than happy to talk through. In the meantime, enjoy this summer fun newsletter . . .
