October recap

Happy All Hallows' Eve to you & yours! Today marks the close of the month of October & begins the holiday season.

We hope you have a great night filled with ghosts, goblins, ghouls, & stolen pieces of candy from children's plastic pumpkins.

The spookiest thing this holiday season for many?? Interest rates hovering around 7.5%! Reach out to Kate, Alyssa, or Clare to learn how to navigate the market to your advantage and turn the lights on the so-called spookiness.

πŸ“ community updates πŸ“

πŸ“[1] Fishers - The city of Fishers on Tuesday announced plans for $3.7 million in infrastructure upgrades along the 96th Street corridor just east of the Interstate 69 interchange. More than $350 million in public and private investments have been made along the 96th Street corridor in the past two years. Not the most exciting update, but infrastructure is important people! Or so they say!

πŸ“[2] Noblesville - Construction is underway on a $39 million luxury apartment community aimed at people ages 55 and over in Noblesville. Don't tell my mom that the article considers this community for 55 & up β€œfor seniors”.

πŸ“[3] Fountain Square - Loco Restaurant Group Inc. is planning new concepts for high-profile vacant spaces in downtown’s Cummins Inc. building and Fountain Square’s Forte apartments- the former spot of BrewDog. They would like them to be open by December.

Welcome to this charming brick Cape Cod home. The four bedroom home boasts hardwood floors throughout & carries a mixture of classic charm with modern, intentional updates. The home flows beautifully with a large living room complete with wood-burning fireplace, dining room, updated kitchen, and two beds upstairs/two beds downstairs. Both bathrooms are newly updated. The basement is perfect for a children's play area, secondary living space, and/or workout room, with plenty of storage space to spare! Enjoy a two car garage with a private, fenced-in backyard & patio. The home sits on a quiet street with mature trees & is a must-see!

πŸ”  ABC's of indy - β€˜L’ πŸ”

L is for…. β€œLa Piedad” & Leviathan!

La Piedad

Who knew La Piedad had a website?? Broad Ripple institution La Piedad simply cannot be beat. It's quick, it's cheap, it's delicious. While I'm a simple cheese quesadilla girl, the crowd favorite seems to be arroz con pollo. The patio is great in the summer, or bundle up on a warmer fall night & enjoy!

Leviathan Bakehouse

Leviathan Bakehouse in Chatham Arch serves a mean cup of coffee & delicious croissants. I'm allergic, but hear the pistachio latte is TOP KNOTCH.
