We also like to note- October is a beautiful month for exterior photos! If you are thinking of selling your home anytime before March, reach out to get exterior photos scheduled next month!!

📍[2] Westfield - Indy-based LOR Commercial Development is planning a development at 146th & Westfield to include up to 40 two-story attached houses & about 35 courtyard houses aimed at buyers aged 55 and over. The current plans have four zones: [1] a health hub with a 65k sq.ft. Lifetime Fitness, [2] the attached houses, [3] the courtyard houses, & [4] a village hub with businesses and restaurants. It shall be called TowneRun!

📍[3] Downtown Carmel - The owner of Brockway Public House, the GOAT, & Danny Boy Beer Works, Kevin Paul, is seeking approval to open ‘Boneyard Bar & Restaurant’ at 904 W.
