August Recap

As the unofficial end to summer approaches with Labor Day Weekend, we are savoring every last drop of summer vacation (& ‘socially-acceptable’ white jeans wearing). We do look forward to getting in a routine - a task that seems unachievable during the summer.

We typically see the market slow a bit this time of year as people hunker in to get the kiddos back to school. Thinking about a move this fall? Interested in capitalizing on the less competitive buyer's market? Hit us up!

Be there or be [ ] … come one, come all!

Community Updates

📌 [1] Fishers - Andretti Global plans to establish a global motorsports headquarters by end of 2026. The parent company of Andretti Autosport is slated to build a 575,000-square-foot facility on 90 acres near East 96th & Hague Road. It will be the base of operations for the team's current NTT IndyCar Series, Indy Lights, IMSA programs, plus future racing initiatives. The project will cost around a cool $200 million and create up to 500 jobs. ~Vroom vroom.~

📌 [2] Zionsville - Not exactly ‘new news’, but fitting with the tidbit above. . . Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing team headquarters is expected to open this fall in Zionsville's Creekside Corporate Park. The headquarters will feature offices, but also spaces for events, weight training, and a spacious garage with 12 bays for work on race cars & a 13th for pit stop practice. ~SKRT~

📌 [3] Carmel - You can definitely start to see the millions of dollars the city of Carmel has invested into infrastructure improvements translate into major upgrades for the Homeplace neighborhood. Situated conveniently between the northside of Indianapolis and Carmel's city center, the Homeplace neighborhood is poised for future property value increases with the city's investment. We know we will be watching it 👀 !

Welcome to a new segment of our newsletter! We will be trying a new restaurant every month & reporting back here. We started out with A for Ambrosia.

Ambience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

definitely sit on the patio to soak in the fleeting summer nights. -1 star for lack of music playing on the patio.

Drinks: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We got the Deep Red & In Bloom cocktails. Both looked gorg & were quite tasty. They don't pour them light, so don't plan on driving home after more than one! We gave them a 3 for taste, +1 for alcohol content, plus an extra star because they're pretty.

Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We got Cesare salads (🔥) and the Bruchette Pomodoro (🔥🔥) for apps. For our mains, we got the Spaghetti con Limon and Gnocchi di Giuseppe. Both were quite tasty, but don't opt for the Spaghetti con Limon if you aren't a fan of plain foods like this natural-born-picky-eater.
