May ‘24 Newsletter
May Recap
Me-oh-my Indy, you keep going from strength to strength. Despite the Pacers upsetting- nay infuriating- last minute losses, Indy has put on quite the month for us residents and the world.
We secured the icon Caitlin Clark, we put on one hell of an Indy 500 despite weather challenges, we hosted Pacers games & concerts, what can't we do?!
It is no wonder that inventory remains low - who wouldn't want to live here?
📍 Community Updates 📍
A heavy Carmel / Fishers update this month:
📍[1] Carmel - Osteria Carmel located in Market District (previously featured in February newsletter) has closed. The restaurant's Facebook posted, “This is not goodbye, but 'see you later”.
📍[2] Carmel - The AromaRoom has opened in Carmel City Center. This establishment will boast massages, sauna, infrared, and red light therapy sessions.
📍[3] Carmel- Tre has opened on Main Street in Carmel. The Italian restaurant was started by Chris Evans, who owns Sangiovese and The Yard. Tre offers an upscale Italian menu in the building on the NE corner of Rangeline Road.
📍[4] Fishers - The $30 million Hotel Nickel Plate opened in late April in downtown Fishers along the Nickel Plate Trail.
📍[5] Carmel/Fishers - Work is underway to connect the Monon Trail in Carmel to the Nickel Plate Trail in Fishers. The bridge will cost $11 million dollars to build & be 500 feet long and cross the White River. Damn, maybe we should get in the bridge building business.

“R” is for.. Ralston's!
A great patio right on Mass Ave and dog friendly! A good spot to grab a beer & an app. Just watch out for those clingy Golden Retrievers.
